From the Congressional Budget Office, via Paul Krugman, who seems to be one of the few who read the CBO reports on the Ryan non-budgets:

Here is what the CBO said about Ryan's projections on revenues:

"There were no specifications of particular revenue provisions that would generate that path."

Here is what the CBO said about Ryan's projections on spending:

"No proposals were specified that would generate that path."
